V \u00favodn\u00edch diskus\u00edch s klientem se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee modernizace jejich st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho vybaven\u00ed \u010delila kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 v\u00fdzv\u011b: sou\u010dasn\u00fd elektrick\u00fd jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b LD 5t-S10,5m A3 ji\u017e nespl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky na zved\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00fd, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010derpac\u00ed syst\u00e9m m\u011bl oproti p\u016fvodn\u00edmu \u010derpadlu v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry a hmotnost. V\u00fd\u0161ka \u010derpadla se zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 300 mm a jeho hmotnost vzrostla o 220 kg (z p\u016fvodn\u00ed hmotnosti 3 570 kg). V\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho je\u0159\u00e1bu byla 3,46 metru, ale nov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vy\u017eadovalo alespo\u0148 3,76 metru v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 instalace. To u\u010dinilo modernizaci je\u0159\u00e1bu nevyhnutelnou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po mnoha diskus\u00edch s klientem a podrobn\u00e9 anal\u00fdze prostoru \u010derpac\u00ed stanice, rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a rozpo\u010dtov\u00fdch omezen\u00ed jsme navrhli nahrazen\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho jednonosn\u00edkov\u00e9ho mostov\u00e9ho je\u0159\u00e1bu LD za jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b LDC s n\u00edzkou v\u00fd\u0161kou. Jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b LDC s n\u00edzkou sv\u011btlou v\u00fd\u0161kou m\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ku zdvihu 3,94 metru, co\u017e je oproti st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu je\u0159\u00e1bu zlep\u0161en\u00ed o 480 mm a pln\u011b spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky na instalaci.
