ASME je Americk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost strojn\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f. OSHA je \u00da\u0159ad pro bezpe\u010dnost a ochranu zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci (OSHA). Posl\u00e1n\u00edm OSHA je zajistit, aby ameri\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci m\u011bli bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky bez protipr\u00e1vn\u00edch odvetn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 nedostatky prozkoum\u00e1 a kvalifikovan\u00e1 osoba rozhodne, zda p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postup inspekce a po\u017eadavky na veden\u00ed z\u00e1znam\u016f pro h\u00e1ky v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed druhem za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Pokud jsou v norm\u00e1ch pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed uvedeny p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky na h\u00e1ky, maj\u00ed p\u0159ednost p\u0159ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se provede po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed inspekce a dv\u011b obecn\u00e9 klasifikace zalo\u017een\u00e9 na intervalech, ve kter\u00fdch se kontroly prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed. P\u00edsemn\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy o po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch kontrol\u00e1ch NEJSOU vy\u017eadov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"frequent-inspection\">\u010cast\u00e1 kontrola<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) \u010cast\u00e9 kontroly zahrnuj\u00ed pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed h\u00e1ku pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem provozu, jako\u017e i vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly za \u00fa\u010delem zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jak\u00fdchkoli stav\u016f nebo krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pro odstran\u011bn\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v <em>ASME B30.10<\/em>&nbsp; pokyny pro kontrolu h\u00e1ku kladkostroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) Pro \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b trval\u00e1 a nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, kde nejsou \u010dast\u00e9 kontroly provediteln\u00e9, ur\u010d\u00ed kvalifikovan\u00e1 osoba \u010detnost pravideln\u00fdch kontrol tak, aby byly spln\u011bny po\u017eadavky <em>ASME B30.10<\/em> po\u017eadavky na kontrolu h\u00e1k\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(c) Intervaly kontrol by m\u011bly b\u00fdt zalo\u017eeny na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u010cetnost pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed h\u00e1\u010dku<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Z\u00e1va\u017enost provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Povaha \u010dinnost\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s manipulac\u00ed s b\u0159emeny<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Zku\u0161enosti z\u00edskan\u00e9 s \u017eivotnost\u00ed h\u00e1k\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch za podobn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pokyny pro \u010dast\u00e9 intervaly kontrol (Norm\u00e1ln\u00ed provoz \u2013 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b; T\u011b\u017ek\u00fd provoz \u2013 t\u00fddn\u011b a\u017e m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b; T\u011b\u017ek\u00fd provoz \u2013 denn\u011b a\u017e t\u00fddn\u011b)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(d) Podm\u00ednky uveden\u00e9 v \u010d\u00e1sti Krit\u00e9ria pro demont\u00e1\u017e nebo jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st k nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, mus\u00ed v\u00e9st k vy\u0159azen\u00ed h\u00e1ku z provozu. H\u00e1ky nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt vr\u00e1ceny do provozu, dokud je neschv\u00e1l\u00ed kvalifikovan\u00e1 osoba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(e) P\u00edsemn\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy o \u010dast\u00fdch kontrol\u00e1ch NEJSOU vy\u017eadov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"periodic-inspection\">Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt provedena \u00fapln\u00e1 a d\u016fkladn\u00e1 kontrola h\u00e1ku. Pro proveden\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9 kontroly a zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavu na z\u00e1klad\u011b krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pro demont\u00e1\u017e uveden\u00fdch v <em>ASME B30.10<\/em> po\u017eadavky na kontrolu h\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) Pravideln\u00e9 kontroly se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed v minim\u00e1ln\u00edm intervalu 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, pokud nejsou schv\u00e1leny kvalifikovanou osobou. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bna tak\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed kontrola s poskytnut\u00edm certifika\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1znam\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b data kontroly, podpis\u016f osob prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch kontrolu a s\u00e9riov\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edsla nebo jin\u00fdch identifika\u010dn\u00edch znak\u016f kontrolovan\u00fdch h\u00e1\u010dk\u016f.
