Tento jev se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f nebo \u201ehryz\u00e1n\u00ed okolk\u016f kola\u201c (tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako \u201ehryz\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9ho kola\u201c). T\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje \u017eivotnost kol i kolejnic a v z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit vykolejen\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu, co\u017e vede k po\u0161kozen\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zran\u011bn\u00ed osob. M\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit r\u016fzn\u00e9 stupn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed upevn\u011bn\u00ed a nosn\u00edk\u016f kolejnice (nebo z\u00e1klad\u016f). Pokud je horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed odchylka p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1, st\u0159edov\u00e1 osa j\u00edzdn\u00ed plochy kola sv\u00edr\u00e1 s st\u0159edovou osou koleje \u00fahel. Kdy\u017e se je\u0159\u00e1b pohybuje jedn\u00edm sm\u011brem, okolky kola t\u0159ou o jednu stranu koleje. P\u0159i pohybu v opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru se stejn\u00e1 okolky kola t\u0159ou o druhou stranu a t\u0159ec\u00ed poloha nen\u00ed pevn\u011b dan\u00e1. B\u011bhem instalace by horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed odchylka nem\u011bla p\u0159ekro\u010dit L\/1000 (kde L je m\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 d\u00e9lka kola). Sm\u011br sklonu dvojice kol na stejn\u00e9 ose by nav\u00edc m\u011bl b\u00fdt opa\u010dn\u00fd, jinak by kola t\u0159\u00e1sla o kolej.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed odchylka<\/strong><br>To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u00fahlu sv\u00edran\u00e9ho mezi st\u0159edovou osou \u010deln\u00ed plochy kola a svislou \u010darou, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek naklon\u011bnou polohu kola. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se zmen\u0161\u00ed kontaktn\u00ed plocha mezi b\u011bhounem kola a kolejnic\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se tlak na jednotkovou plochu. To vede k nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed b\u011bhounu kola. V z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se na b\u011bhounu kola vytvo\u0159\u00ed prstencov\u00e9 dr\u00e1\u017eky proti opot\u0159eben\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je charakteristick\u00fdm znakem t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f to, \u017ee okolky kola se v\u017edy t\u0159ou o stejnou stranu koleje (stranu naklon\u011bn\u00e9ho kola) a stopy opot\u0159eben\u00ed jsou o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e obvykle. Je\u0159\u00e1b b\u011bhem provozu \u010dasto vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 sy\u010div\u00fd zvuk. B\u011bhem instalace by svisl\u00e1 odchylka kola nem\u011bla p\u0159ekro\u010dit L\/400 a horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st kola by m\u011bla sm\u011b\u0159ovat ven. Tento probl\u00e9m s t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f zp\u016fsoben\u00fd svislou odchylkou se t\u00fdk\u00e1 hnac\u00edho kola, nikoli volnob\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho kola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nestejn\u00fd rozchod kol nebo diagon\u00e1ln\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><br>Pokud je rozchod kol nebo diagon\u00e1ln\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed kol na stejn\u00e9 koleji nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee to zp\u016fsobit t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech je opot\u0159eben\u00ed okolk\u016f patrn\u00e9 na obou stran\u00e1ch okolk\u016f kola pod\u00e9l koleje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Chyby p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed kol<\/strong><br>P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b kol mohou chyby zp\u016fsobit rozd\u00edln\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bry kol. Pokud se pr\u016fm\u011bry dvou hnac\u00edch kol li\u0161\u00ed, lev\u00e9 a prav\u00e9 kolo se budou pohybovat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi rychlostmi. Po ujet\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti se je\u0159\u00e1b m\u016f\u017ee bo\u010dn\u011b vych\u00fdlit, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek t\u0159en\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edrubu, co\u017e je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b patrn\u00e9 u mechanism\u016f s centr\u00e1ln\u00edm pohonem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-track-issues\">(2) Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160patn\u00e1 kvalita instalace koleje m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit nadm\u011brnou odchylku mezi ob\u011bma kolejnicemi, co\u017e vede k od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrub b\u011bhem provozu je\u0159\u00e1bu. K tomu obvykle doch\u00e1z\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch koleje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 relativn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e1 odchylka kolejnic<\/strong><br>Pokud je mezi dv\u011bma kolejnicemi v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fd rozd\u00edl, jeden koncov\u00fd nosn\u00edk je\u0159\u00e1bu bude v\u00fd\u0161e ne\u017e druh\u00fd. B\u011bhem provozu se je\u0159\u00e1b posune sm\u011brem k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f. Strana s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kou kolejnice bude m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek, \u017ee okolek kola bude tla\u010dit na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stranu kolejnice, zat\u00edmco strana s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kou bude zp\u016fsobovat, \u017ee okolek kola bude tla\u010dit na vnit\u0159n\u00ed stranu kolejnice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 odchylka vodorovn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmosti kolejnic<\/strong><br>Pokud p\u0159\u00edmost kolejnice b\u011bhem instalace neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 standardu, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje nadm\u011brn\u00e9 oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed kolejnice, dojde k od\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f kola, kdy\u017e odchylka p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed toleranci rozp\u011bt\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Sousedn\u00ed kolejnice v r\u016fzn\u00fdch nadmo\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch<\/strong><br>Kdy\u017e je\u0159\u00e1b dos\u00e1hne spoje kolejnice, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k bo\u010dn\u00edmu pohybu, kter\u00fd vede k t\u0159en\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edruby. Charakteristick\u00fdm rysem tohoto typu t\u0159en\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edruby je, \u017ee kola vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed v m\u00edst\u011b spoje kovov\u00fd n\u00e1razov\u00fd zvuk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Olej, voda nebo n\u00e1mraza na povrchu dr\u00e1hy<\/strong><br>Pokud je horn\u00ed povrch kolejnice pokryt\u00fd olejem, vodou nebo n\u00e1mrazou, m\u016f\u017ee to zp\u016fsobit prokluzov\u00e1n\u00ed kol, co\u017e vede k bo\u010dn\u00edmu pohybu je\u0159\u00e1bu a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu od\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed okolk\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-bridge-frame-issues\">(3) Probl\u00e9my s r\u00e1mem mostu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se r\u00e1m mostu deformuje, zp\u016fsob\u00ed to nesouosost kol a zm\u011bn\u00ed rozp\u011bt\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu. To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed ohyb koncov\u00e9ho nosn\u00edku, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed a vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed odchylky kol a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 t\u0159en\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edruby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-drive-system-issues\">(4) Probl\u00e9my s pohonn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed chyby v hnac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu nebo zna\u010dn\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed b\u011bhem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed mohou zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee dv\u011b hlavn\u00ed hnac\u00ed kola budou pracovat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi rychlostmi, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek bo\u010dn\u00ed zkosen\u00ed a t\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Nestejn\u00e1 v\u016fle ozuben\u00fdch kol nebo uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 pera h\u0159\u00eddele<\/strong><br>U je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f se samostatn\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdmi mechanismy, pokud je v\u016fle ozuben\u00fdch kol jednoho pohonn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e druh\u00e9ho nebo pokud jsou pera h\u0159\u00eddele v jednom syst\u00e9mu uvoln\u011bn\u00e1, budou se ob\u011b hlavn\u00ed kola ot\u00e1\u010det r\u016fzn\u00fdmi rychlostmi, co\u017e vede k bo\u010dn\u00edmu pohybu a t\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrub.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed brzd<\/strong><br>Pokud nen\u00ed nastaven\u00ed brzd obou pohonn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f synchronizovan\u00e9 nebo se li\u0161\u00ed v uta\u017een\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit zkosen\u00ed a t\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edruby b\u011bhem rozjezdu nebo brzd\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v rychlosti mezi motory<\/strong><br>U nez\u00e1visle poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, pokud dva hnac\u00ed motory b\u011b\u017e\u00ed s v\u00fdrazn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fdmi rychlostmi, m\u016f\u017ee to zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee jedna strana je\u0159\u00e1bu se bude ot\u00e1\u010det rychleji ne\u017e druh\u00e1, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek zkosen\u00ed a t\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrub.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"diagnosis-of-crane-wheel-gnawing-and-rubbing\">Diagnostika hlod\u00e1n\u00ed a t\u0159en\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00fdch kol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdskyt t\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edruby b\u011bhem provozu je\u0159\u00e1bu lze diagnostikovat pomoc\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch znak\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Jasn\u00e9 stopy na boku kolejnice s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi ot\u0159epy; leskl\u00e9 skvrny na vnit\u0159n\u00ed stran\u011b okolku kola.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Sv\u011btl\u00e9 skvrny na horn\u00edm povrchu kolejnice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Znateln\u00e9 zm\u011bny mezery mezi okolkem kola a stranou kolejnice v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti b\u011bhem provozu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Zkroucen\u00ed nebo kroucen\u00ed t\u011blesa je\u0159\u00e1bu b\u011bhem rozjezdu nebo brzd\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"measures-to-prevent-wheel-gnawing-and-rubbing\">Opat\u0159en\u00ed k zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed kous\u00e1n\u00ed a t\u0159en\u00ed kol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U centr\u00e1ln\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch i odd\u011blen\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f se metody prevence nebo zlep\u0161en\u00ed t\u0159en\u00ed okolk\u016f kol mohou li\u0161it. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat probl\u00e9m\u016fm se synchronizac\u00ed mezi motory, brzdami a reduktory odd\u011blen\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Omezen\u00ed pom\u011bru rozp\u011bt\u00ed mostu (L) k rozchodu kol (K)<\/strong><br>B\u011bhem norm\u00e1ln\u00edho provozu je\u0159\u00e1bu je povolen ur\u010dit\u00fd stupe\u0148 bo\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1klonu mezi okolkem kola a kolejnic\u00ed, tj. okolku kola je povoleno bo\u010dn\u011b se pohybovat o ur\u010ditou vzd\u00e1lenost (obvykle 20\u201330 mm). \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je tato vzd\u00e1lenost, t\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed je pravd\u011bpodobnost t\u0159en\u00ed okolku.
