Pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed cel\u00e9ho stroje je drsn\u00e9, pracovn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je vysok\u00e9, \u00fadr\u017eba je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 a snadno se porouch\u00e1. Jakmile je\u0159\u00e1b na odpad sel\u017ee, povede to p\u0159\u00edmo k paral\u00fdze cel\u00e9 spalovny odpadu. U velk\u00fdch spaloven odpadu to m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit chaos v cel\u00e9m m\u011bstsk\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu likvidace domovn\u00edho odpadu, proto\u017ee v dan\u00e9 oblasti nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 vybudovat velkou spalovnu odpadu s plnou kapacitou likvidace odpadu. Proto je v z\u00e1vislosti na velikosti spalovny odpadu velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b vybrat a nakonfigurovat je\u0159\u00e1b na odpad. Obecn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, v\u00fdb\u011br je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad souvis\u00ed s n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi faktory:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Typ odpadu;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kapacita pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadu;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skladovac\u00ed j\u00e1ma na odpadky;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stohov\u00e1n\u00ed;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krmen\u00ed;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do doby odpadk\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm spaloven odpadu v\u0161ak v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 faktory samy o sob\u011b nemohou spl\u0148ovat po\u017eadavky na v\u00fdb\u011br je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad. U velk\u00fdch spaloven odpadu by v\u00fdb\u011br je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad m\u011bl zohlednit tak\u00e9 po\u010det je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f, cyklus vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, objem je\u0159\u00e1bu a dal\u0161\u00ed faktory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-the-number-of-incineration-plant-waste-grab-crane\">1 Po\u010det je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f pro uchopen\u00ed odpadu ze spaloven\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u0159\u00edve se po\u010det je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f pro uchopen\u00ed odpadu obecn\u011b stanovoval podle velikosti spalovny (jak je uvedeno v tabulce 1). Pro spalovac\u00ed linku s 3 nebo m\u00e9n\u011b je\u0159\u00e1by se doporu\u010duje konfigurace 2 je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f, obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee 1 je v provozu, 1 je v pohotovostn\u00edm re\u017eimu, ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdstup mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat v\u0161echny po\u017eadavky na dod\u00e1vku paliva do spalovny a obecn\u00e9 m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na stejn\u00e9 trati je sou\u010dasn\u011b v provozu v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 sady drap\u00e1k\u016f, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zmen\u0161uje prostor pro \u010dinnost je\u0159\u00e1bu a aby se zabr\u00e1nilo koliz\u00edm, jsou provozn\u00ed po\u017eadavky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Vzhledem k obrovsk\u00e9mu rozsahu spalovny odpadu se p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m provozu v\u00edce ne\u017e 4 sad drap\u00e1k\u016f doporu\u010duje pou\u017e\u00edt metodu separace odpadu nebo dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed trati. Spalovna odpadu Da Shi Nan v Singapuru (4320 t\/den) a spalovna odpadu Shenzhen East (5100 t\/den) pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed metodu separace odpadu. Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad pou\u017eit\u00ed dvoupodla\u017en\u00edho uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed trati a existuj\u00ed omezen\u00ed, jako je omezen\u00fd v\u00fdhled na provoz a snadn\u00e1 kolize drap\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-feeding-cycle\">2. cyklus krmen\u00ed\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanoven\u00ed cyklu pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad se net\u00fdk\u00e1 pouze kapacity spalovny odpadu zpracov\u00e1vat odpad, ale tak\u00e9 provozn\u00edho cyklu je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad a pom\u011bru doby, po kterou je drap\u00e1k zapojen do pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provozn\u00ed cyklus je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad je jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd proces pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed odpadu je\u0159\u00e1bem, tj. od uchopen\u00ed odpadu, jeho srolov\u00e1n\u00ed, ch\u016fze, p\u0159esunut\u00ed k vstupu do spalovny odpadu, pot\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu a kone\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159esun, ch\u016fze, dol\u016f do p\u016fvodn\u00ed polohy po po\u017eadovan\u00fd \u010das. Po ur\u010den\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 rychlosti a provozn\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad se ur\u010d\u00ed provozn\u00ed cyklus je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad. Tabulka 2 ukazuje b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvanou pracovn\u00ed rychlost je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad. Krom\u011b toho, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eila poruchovost je\u0159\u00e1bu na odpad a n\u00e1ro\u010dnost pr\u00e1ce obsluhy, je nutn\u00e9 ponechat ur\u010ditou dobu odpo\u010dinku. Doba, kterou je drap\u00e1k zapojen\u00fd do pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed za jednotku \u010dasu, je tedy pouze jej\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a tento \u010dasov\u00fd pom\u011br nab\u00fdv\u00e1 hodnoty 1\/2, tj. jeden drap\u00e1k se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pouze asi 30 minut za hodinu. Cyklus pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed za hodinu je tedy 8 a\u017e 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-garbage-grab-volume\">3 Objem ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed odpadu\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Objem drap\u00e1ku by m\u011bl b\u00fdt stanoven v souladu se spalovnou obsluhovanou je\u0159\u00e1bem, mno\u017estv\u00edm odpadu za hodinu a pracovn\u00edm cyklem, obvykle se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 v souladu s hodinov\u00fdm po\u010dtem cykl\u016f pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 8~15. Aby se sn\u00ed\u017eilo zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu a sn\u00ed\u017eila se poruchovost, je vhodn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdpo\u010det v\u00fdb\u011bru stanovit po\u010det cykl\u016f pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 8~10 za hodinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapacitu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed spalovny odpadu lze vypo\u010d\u00edtat z mno\u017estv\u00ed odpadu v drap\u00e1ku G (t) 1kr\u00e1t, a pot\u00e9 podle hustoty odpadu v drap\u00e1ku D (t\/m3) a napln\u011bn\u00ed drap\u00e1ku f (vyu\u017eit\u00ed objemu) se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00fd objem pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho drap\u00e1ku V (m3) = G \/ (Df). Hustota nestla\u010den\u00e9ho odpadu v z\u00e1sobn\u00edku odpadu je obvykle 0,30~0,45 t\/m3, hustota odpadu v drap\u00e1ku je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1kr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, tj. kompresn\u00ed pom\u011br se bere jako 2:1 a hodnota se bere jako 0,7 t\/m3 a napln\u011bn\u00ed drap\u00e1ku je obvykle 0,9, tak\u017ee hustota n\u00e1sypky se obvykle bere jako 0,63 t\/m3. Z hlediska snadnosti ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a flexibility by m\u011bl b\u00fdt drap\u00e1k men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e velk\u00fd. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br \u00fahlu nap\u011bt\u00ed drap\u00e1ku by m\u011bl b\u00fdt 1\/5 ~ 1\/4 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky n\u00e1dr\u017ee odpadu.
