Den m\u00e5ler den maksimale variation af punkter p\u00e5 et givet tv\u00e6rsnit fra dataaksen. Tolerancezonen er et par koncentriske cirkler vinkelret p\u00e5 dataaksen. Ship-to-Shore (STS) containerkraner bremser hjul og bremseskive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I henhold til GB\/T 15361-2009 (Containerkraner ved kaj), paragraf 3.6.2 \u2014 Bremsehjul (eller bremseskiver) og bremser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>For bremsehjul monteret direkte p\u00e5 en aksel: radial cirkul\u00e6r kast og fladekast m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re lavere end <strong>9. og 10. klasse<\/strong>henholdsvis som specificeret i GB\/T 1184. Se tabel 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For skivebremser monteret direkte p\u00e5 en aksel: skal fladekastet i forhold til akslen <strong>ikke overstige 0,2 mm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efter montering skal alle bremsekoblingens drejepunkter rotere frit. Den korrekte reference for tolerancegrader er GB\/T 1184-1996. Containerportalkraner (skinnemonterede og gummihjulmonterede) Bremsehjul og bremseskive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I henhold til GB\/T 19683-2025 (Skinnemonterede containerportalkraner), paragraf 5.6.5, og GB\/T 14783-2009 (Containerportalkraner med gummid\u00e6k), paragraf 3.6.2 \u2014 Bremser og bremsehjul (skiver):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>For bremseskiver monteret direkte p\u00e5 en aksel: det aksiale kast i forhold til akslen skal <strong>ikke overstige 0,2 mm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For bremsehjul (eller skiver): Det radiale cirkul\u00e6re kast i forhold til referenceaksen m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re lavere end <strong>7. klasse<\/strong> i henhold til GB\/T 1184-1996.
