scories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La grue se compose d&#39;un portique, d&#39;un chariot (\u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#39;un m\u00e9canisme de levage, d&#39;un m\u00e9canisme de roulement du chariot et d&#39;un m\u00e9canisme de renversement hydraulique), d&#39;un m\u00e9canisme de roulement du chariot, d&#39;une salle de conduite et d&#39;un \u00e9quipement \u00e9lectrique.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les diff\u00e9rentes directions de d\u00e9versement, la structure du balancier est divis\u00e9e en type A et type U.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de roulement du gros wagon adopte 8 roues et 4 entra\u00eenements et est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#39;une pince de rail coupe-vent, lorsque la grue fonctionne normalement, la pince de la pince de rail quitte la voie, lorsque la grue cesse de fonctionner, l&#39;op\u00e9rateur pose la pince et serre la voie pour emp\u00eacher la grue de glisser.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de levage adopte la poutre suspendue comme \u00e9pandeur, et la partie m\u00e9diane de la poutre suspendue est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#39;un crochet \u00e0 rotation libre, qui est utilis\u00e9 pour soulever et transporter la t\u00f4le de tuyau et d&#39;autres mat\u00e9riaux.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chariot est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#39;un m\u00e9canisme de rotation hydraulique, qui est compos\u00e9 d&#39;un poste de travail hydraulique et d&#39;un crochet de retournement des scories. Lorsque la poutre suspendue soul\u00e8ve le godet \u00e0 scories avant la mont\u00e9e, le conducteur contr\u00f4le l&#39;action du m\u00e9canisme de rotation hydraulique, par le v\u00e9rin hydraulique pour repousser le crochet \u00e0 scories vers une position sp\u00e9cifique. Ensuite, le godet \u00e0 scories monte jusqu&#39;au crochet \u00e0 scories au-dessus, le conducteur contr\u00f4le le crochet \u00e0 scories vers l&#39;avant jusqu&#39;au godet \u00e0 scories sous le godet \u00e0 scories, le godet \u00e0 scories s&#39;abaisse, les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l&#39;essieu de rotation excentrique tombent sur le crochet \u00e0 scories, continuent de tomber, le godet \u00e0 scories utilisant son poids excentrique commence \u00e0 basculer, puis termine le travail de d\u00e9versement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la courte p\u00e9riode de construction du m\u00e9tro, le chantier change plus fr\u00e9quemment, notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a cibl\u00e9 la poutre principale sur l&#39;ajout d&#39;une fonction de port\u00e9e variable, pour faciliter la construction du changement de chantier apr\u00e8s le changement de port\u00e9e avec le changement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un chariot de d\u00e9versement orientable, qui ajuste la direction de d\u00e9versement en fonction de l&#39;emplacement de la sortie des scories. L&#39;ach\u00e8vement du projet contribuera \u00e0 former une ligne circulaire compl\u00e8te de transport ferroviaire interurbain Guangzhou-Foshan.
