Utstyret best\u00e5r hovedsakelig av en brokonstruksjon, kranens kj\u00f8remekanisme, heisemekanisme, styringssystem, klemmeanordning, kontrollsystem og elektrisk heise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den brukes til h\u00e5ndtering og overf\u00f8ring av gr\u00f8nne og bakte anodekarbonblokker, samt andre diverse l\u00f8fteoppgaver innenfor anodeblokklagringsomr\u00e5det. Den integrerte gripeanordningen kan klemme 19 eller 21 anodekarbonblokker arrangert i lengderetningen i \u00e9n operasjon, noe som muliggj\u00f8r effektiv frem-og-tilbake-stabling eller lastebillasting. I tillegg kan kranen fjerne defekte blokker og sette inn kvalifiserte blokker etter behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kranens kj\u00f8remekanisme bruker en dobbel drift for stabil og p\u00e5litelig drift. Hele kranen styres av en variabel frekvensomformer (VFD) kombinert med et PLS-kontrollsystem, noe som sikrer jevn bevegelse, presis posisjonering og h\u00f8y driftseffektivitet. Alle kranbevegelser betjenes fra f\u00f8rerhuset, som er utstyrt med et klimaanlegg som tilbyr justerbar oppvarming og kj\u00f8ling, noe som gir et komfortabelt og trygt
