O projeto t\u00e9cnico e a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o foram executados de acordo com a norma BS 466:1984, padr\u00e3o para pontes rolantes el\u00e9tricas em geral. Al\u00e9m disso, foram implementadas medidas anticorrosivas espec\u00edficas para lidar com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta umidade e alta concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00e9voa salina na regi\u00e3o costeira oeste do Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde o projeto, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e log\u00edstica at\u00e9 a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, comissionamento e testes de carga, o projeto foi entregue por meio de um processo completo de ciclo fechado. O equipamento passou com sucesso pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o oficial da CEB na primeira tentativa e agora est\u00e1 operando de forma confi\u00e1vel no armaz\u00e9m da usina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexto do projeto: Projeto de licita\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de energia do Sri Lanka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte de uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o oficial emitida pela Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), aplicada a uma importante base nacional de energia t\u00e9rmica \u2014 o armaz\u00e9m de equipamentos el\u00e9tricos da Usina Termel\u00e9trica de Lakvijaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Cen\u00e1rio de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o: Manuseio interno de equipamentos el\u00e9tricos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais: \u00c1rea costeira com alta com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de licita\u00e7\u00e3o CEB LV\/T\/2024\/0001<br>Abrangendo procedimentos de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o de contratos, garantias de desempenho, marcos de pagamento e processos oficiais de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BS 466:1984 Norma para pontes rolantes el\u00e9tricas<br>Abrangendo projeto estrutural, requisitos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, toler\u00e2ncias de instala\u00e7\u00e3o, configura\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, sistemas el\u00e9tricos, testes de carga, revestimento e inspe\u00e7\u00e3o visual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses dois marcos desempenham fun\u00e7\u00f5es distintas, por\u00e9m complementares, e juntos constituem os requisitos de entrada obrigat\u00f3rios para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de guindastes no setor de energia do Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destaques da solu\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada e da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o para ponte rolante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A ponte rolante foi projetada e fabricada em estrita conformidade com a norma BS 466:1984, com \u00eanfase especial na resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o em condi\u00e7\u00f5es costeiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projeto estrutural de ponte rolante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Configurada como uma ponte rolante monoviga europeia de 7,5 toneladas, em estrita conformidade com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do concurso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A viga principal adota uma estrutura de caixa de a\u00e7o plano laminado a quente de 16 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soldagem inspecionada por ensaio radiogr\u00e1fico (RT) e ensaio ultrass\u00f4nico (UT), atendendo aos padr\u00f5es de resist\u00eancia e rigidez exigidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rigidez e a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o globais est\u00e3o em conformidade com as normas DIN\/FEM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transi\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais suaves nos cantos para reduzir a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de Pr\u00e9-tratamento do a\u00e7o para melhorar a ader\u00eancia do revestimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revestimento protetor: Camada superior anticorrosiva aplicada em toda a estrutura do guindaste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cabo de a\u00e7o: Cabo de a\u00e7o galvanizado de alta resist\u00eancia em conformidade com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixadores: Todos os componentes s\u00e3o de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel para evitar corros\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prote\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica: Design selado IP65 para minimizar a entrada de umidade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas
