The articulating jib arm consists of two or more parts connected by pivot points or joints, enabling the arm to bend at different angles. It offers multi-dimensional rotation and folding, adapting to complex obstacles. This design provides greater flexibility and allows the articulating jib to bypass barriers in the work area effortlessly.
Constructed from high-grade Q235 carbon steel, the articulating jib cranes feature a yield strength of 235MPa. Its tensile strength is 10 – 20% higher than that of ordinary steel, with moderate overall strength and excellent toughness (elongation after fracture ≥21%). It can withstand dynamic loads during lifting operations and prevent fractures effectively.
The pin shafts adopt precision grinding technology, with accuracy controlled within ±0.01mm.
