Operating instructions

• When the automatic release lifting hook is unloaded, the spring retracts, and the hook mouth is parallel to the bottom of the hanging plate.

• Attach the upper shackle of the spring hook assembly to the overhead crane hook and move the crane so that the spring hook fits into the lifting ring of the load.

• Lift the crane, pulling the spring hook into a vertical position. At this point, the spring extends. During lifting, move slowly to ensure stability.

• Once the load reaches the designated position, lower the crane, and the spring hook will return to its parallel position with the bottom of the hanging plate under the spring’s pull.

• Remove the hook.
