Anode Carbon Block Stacking Cranes is a dedicated material handling solution designed for carbon block warehouses in carbon plants. The equipment mainly consists of a bridge structure, crane traveling mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding system, clamping device, control system, and electric hoist.

It is used for handling and transferring green and baked anode carbon blocks, as well as other miscellaneous lifting tasks within the anode block storage area. The integrated gripping device can clamp 19 or 21 anode carbon blocks arranged longitudinally in a single operation, enabling efficient back-and-forth stacking or truck loading. In addition, the crane can remove defective blocks and insert qualified blocks as required.

The crane traveling mechanism adopts a dual-drive design for stable and reliable operation. The entire crane is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD) combined with a PLC control system, ensuring smooth motion, precise positioning, and high operational efficiency. All crane movements are operated from the operator cabin, which is equipped with an air-conditioning system offering adjustable heating and cooling, providing a comfortable and safe working environment.
