KUANGSHAN CRANE Supports Aerospace Manufacturing with the Successful Delivery of 24 Smart Crane Systems

Recently, KUANGSHAN CRANE  completed the on-site acceptance inspection at the Xi’an Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute for 24 crane units produced for a Chinese aerospace research institute, officially meeting the conditions for delivery and use. Among these, six overhead cranes with lower rotating electromagnetic beams represent another batch of intelligent, lightweight, high-quality products developed by KUANGSHAN CRANE, following the company’s introduction of the 160t+160t new smart explosion-proof double-girder bridge cranes for a Chinese aerospace power company. The deployment of these cranes fills a gap in the application of overhead cranes with lower rotating electromagnetic beams in aerospace manufacturing.

All cranes are equipped with PLC + inverter closed-loop vector control, enhancing operational precision. They feature anti-sway functionality to improve stability and accuracy during material handling. Multiple operation modes are supported, including remote control, manual, and tablet-based control, providing smarter and more flexible operation. The hoisting devices use servo-driven automatic control for telescoping, rotation, and high-level automation. High-precision detection systems enable autonomous obstacle avoidance within the working area, enhancing operational safety. In addition, remote monitoring allows for digital and information-based oversight, enabling full lifecycle management.
