On June 28, 2025, we received an inquiry from a customer seeking a quote for two HD European-style single-girder cranes. They stated that they were the supplier and would send the quote to the end customer. They were very interested in receiving the quote.
After a brief discussion with the customer, our sales staff provided quotes for each component of the crane, tailored to their needs. Two days later, the customer requested a price in RMB and a discount. We were eager to collaborate with them, so we included a discount in our quote. After reviewing the quote, they signed a contract and made a down payment that same day. They indicated they would purchase one crane initially and, if it proved successful, would purchase multiple units.
In just one week, we secured a deal with the customer. The customer requested delivery within a month, a demanding deadline. To meet this demand, our staff worked overnight and delivered the crane within 20 days. The customer was very satisfied with our speed.
