A client from Kyrgyzstan, in need of three 10-ton European single-girder overhead cranes and one European single-girder gantry crane, recently visited our factory—a key step that followed our initial plan to connect at the Canton Fair. Valuing in-person communication far more than a brief Canton Fair meetup, the client flew directly from Guangzhou to our city, determined to see our facility up close during this factory visit and hash out project details thoroughly.
Their earnestness deeply moved us. Throughout the factory visit, the client spent the longest time in our workshop: they carefully inspected girder welding, personally tested the European electric hoist, and even operated our cranes to experience their smooth performance. They recorded every moment of this factory visit on their phone, explaining to their boss later that this on-site check—far more detailed than what could be shared at the Canton Fair—helped them fully confirm our capabilities and product quality.
