200t Four-Girder Ladle Cranes Power Successful Hot Test of Jinhui Group’s Green Intelligent Upgrade Project

On November 18, good news came from the hot-test site of the Jinhui Group Green Intelligent Upgrade Project—two sets of 200-ton four-girder ladle bridge cranes manufactured by KUANGSHAN CRANE successfully supported the smooth completion of the hot test.

The project includes a total of eight sets of large-tonnage four-girder ladle bridge cranes, all independently designed and manufactured by KUANGSHAN CRANE. Among them, the 200-ton four-girder ladle bridge cranes are specially used for hoisting fully loaded steel ladles for refining operations. They feature precise speed regulation and efficient performance, and utilize advanced monitoring and sensor-control technologies to enable fault detection and intelligent control. These cranes help steelmaking enterprises achieve optimized process matching, smart operation, and low-carbon production.
