Recently, KUANGSHAN CRANE successfully delivered a batch of customized industry-specific cranes to Baotou Aluminum Co., Ltd. With intelligent solutions fully adapted to the entire electrolytic aluminum production process, the equipment helps Baotou Aluminum improve production efficiency, enhance operational safety, and promote green intelligent manufacturing, setting a benchmark for customized lifting applications in non-ferrous metal smelting.
For this project, kuangshancrane developed three dedicated models tailored to Baotou Aluminum’s core processes: carbon production and electrolysis — the multi-functional suction crane, anode carbon block stacking crane, and electrolytic aluminum multi-functional unit. These cover raw material handling, storage transfer, and electrolytic operations, meeting the professional, intelligent, and efficient production needs of the aluminum industry.
Multi-functional Suction Cranes: Versatile & Highly Adaptable
This crane integrates dual carbon block clamping, material suction, and distribution functions. Its large-stroke clamp design fits various carbon block sizes without frequent tooth plate changes or adjustments, simplifying operation and improving convenience. It supports both material handling and auxiliary production, reducing equipment investment and maintenance costs in carbon production.
Anode Carbon Block Stacking Cranes: Efficient & Stable for Raw Material Transport
As key handling equipment for carbon block warehouses, this crane uses adjustable clamps to accurately lift up to 10 anode carbon blocks per operation, with flexible quantity adjustment for flexible production. Stable movement and precise positioning ensure continuous, efficient raw material transport for electrolytic aluminum production.
Electrolytic Aluminum Multi-functional Cranes: Intelligent & Precise for Enhanced Safety
Equipped with a high-precision sensor height-measuring and tightening system, this unit integrates crust breaking, anode replacement, residue cleaning, and automatic covering material feeding. It can break electrolyte crusts, extract spent anodes, and recover covering materials automatically. Using kuangshancrane’s proprietary PTM automatic anode replacement technology and AI vision, it independently completes eight operating procedures, achieving zero personnel exposure risk, reducing labor intensity, and improving safety, accuracy, and automation in electrolytic operations.
