In October 2025, we successfully exported a 10-ton LH type double girder overhead crane to a glass processing workshop in Argentina. From the initial inquiry to final contract signing, the project took nearly three months and demonstrated our team’s capabilities in cross-time-zone communication, customized engineering, and prompt customer support.

On July 30, 2024, we received an inquiry from a customer in Argentina. At that time, their workshop was still under construction, and no complete building drawings were available. The customer could only describe the basic dimensions and layout verbally. To assist, our engineering team drafted a preliminary workshop layout based on the customer’s description and refined the details through multiple discussions. Once the workshop structure was confirmed, we recalculated and customized the crane design, recommending the LH double girder overhead crane for its superior stability—ideal for lifting fragile glass products.

• Lack of complete building drawings: The customer was unable to provide finalized CAD drawings, which made the initial design stage more complex.
• Frequent specification changes: Due to evolving workshop plans, the customer requested multiple modifications to the crane design and quotation.
• Time zone difference: There is a 12-hour time difference between China and Argentina, making communication coordination more challenging.
• High stability requirements: Glass handling requires exceptional operational stability and safety from the crane.
