Furnace Charging Operation

Through a professional clamp unit, unbaked anode green blocks are smoothly loaded into the baking furnace pits.

    Filling Operation

    Automatically fills granular coke in the hopper into the gaps between the baking furnace and anode blocks, and evenly covers the top of the anode blocks to form a closed baking environment, facilitating uniform heating and baking of the anode blocks.

    Suction Operation

    After baking is completed, the filler material in the furnace is efficiently sucked out through suction pipes. After settlement in the silo, the material undergoes primary dust removal by the cyclone dust collector, cooling by the cooler, and secondary dust removal by the bag filter in sequence. Finally, clean air is discharged by the main fan.

      Furnace Discharging Operation

      Accurately takes out the baked anode blocks from the furnace and smoothly conveys them to the conveyor belt or designated storage locations, completing the key link of finished product transfer.

      Auxiliary Lifting Operation

      The electric hoist (lifting capacity: 5~16t) equipped on the bridge frame can flexibly undertake burner transportation, baking furnace maintenance, and lifting work of other equipment in the workshop. It fully covers the workshop operation needs and improves the overall production and operation efficiency.
