Features of HC Type Electric Hoist

1. High load-bearing capacity: Compared with CD and MD type electric hoists, it has a larger lifting capacity of up to 32 tons and above, with a wide working class range of M3 to M6, suitable for various operating frequencies.
2. Thickened square housing: The square housing structure features high rigidity and better stress resistance than cylindrical ones. For wire rope electric hoists of the same specification, the size of square drum housing is larger than that of cylindrical housing.
3. Coaxial drive design: The rotation centers of the hoisting motor, reducer and drum are on the same axis, and power is directly transmitted to the drum along the same axis. This design reduces eccentric load and additional stress for more rational force distribution.
4. Wide application scenarios: Applicable to I-beam rails as well as single and double girder overhead & gantry cranes, with diverse installation modes including traveling type and fixed type. It features strong overall adaptability to meet different workshop structures.
5. The hoisting motor usually adopts a conical rotor brake motor or is equipped with a reliable braking system, featuring smooth start-up and rapid braking response. Suitable for frequent start-stop and continuous operation, it requires no additional external braking device.

Crane Rope Drum

The drum is a welded type made of high-quality cast iron, with high machining precision, excellent housing rigidity, resistance to deformation and a long service life.

Steel Wire Rope

High-strength steel wire rope with 6×37 structure is adopted, with a tensile strength of 1670～1770MPa. It has good flexibility, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, complying with the relevant standards of GB/T 8918-2006 Steel Wire Ropes for Important Purposes, and is suitable for medium and heavy-duty lifting operations.

Electric Hoist Rope Guide

KUANGSHAN adopts a heavy-duty rope guide made of thickened high-strength material, which prevents steel wire rope from derailing, reduces abrasion and extends the service life of the steel wire rope and drum.

Lifting Reducer

It adopts enclosed multi-stage gear reduction with a coaxial transmission structure, featuring short transmission path and low power loss, specially designed for heavy-load and frequent working conditions. The reducer casing, cover and drum housing are all formed by steel plate stamping and welding, with short manufacturing cycle and guaranteed quality by standardized production.
