
The Anode Baking Multifunctional Cranes is a large-scale integrated equipment integrating suction and clamping functions, and also a specialized device for anode carbon block baking. It is mainly composed of a bridge frame, main girder traveling mechanism, trolley frame, twin clamp assembly, suction & discharging system, dust removal system, and electrical control system.

The Anode Baking Multifunctional Crane is precisely the core specialized equipment for their baking workshops, fully supporting the stable production of prebaked anodes and other carbon products. It is an indispensable facility for achieving efficient and automated operation of the baking process, with its core functions as follows:
Through a professional clamp unit, unbaked anode green blocks are smoothly loaded into the baking furnace pits.

Automatically fills granular coke in the hopper into the gaps between the baking furnace and anode blocks, and evenly covers the top of the anode blocks to form a closed baking environment, facilitating uniform heating and baking of the anode blocks.
After baking is completed, the filler material in the furnace is efficiently sucked out through suction pipes. After settlement in the silo, the material undergoes primary dust removal by the cyclone dust collector, cooling by the cooler, and secondary dust removal by the bag filter in sequence. Finally, clean air is discharged by the main fan.

Accurately takes out the baked anode blocks from the furnace and smoothly conveys them to the conveyor belt or designated storage locations, completing the key link of finished product transfer.
The electric hoist (lifting capacity: 5~16t) equipped on the bridge frame can flexibly undertake burner transportation, baking furnace maintenance, and lifting work of other equipment in the workshop. It fully covers the workshop operation needs and improves the overall production and operation efficiency.
The product design and manufacturing comply with the requirements of international standards GB/T3811, GB/T6067, and GB/T14405.
The entire crane adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control, which can judge the operation status of each mechanism, issue alarms, control relevant operations, and realize automatic positioning for main girder and trolley travel.
Equipped with dual high-efficiency dust removal equipment, ensuring the system’s dust emission concentration meets emission standards.
Dual drive is adopted for both the main girder and the trolley, and frequency conversion speed regulation is used for the lifting of the anode clamp.
