Prowadnice linowe do wciągników elektrycznych: Wielokonfiguracyjne urządzenie zapobiegające splątaniu

The rope guide is a critical safety auxiliary component for hoists and winches. It precisely guides steel wire ropes to wind neatly in the drum grooves, preventing tangling, overlapping, jumping, or breakage—even when ropes are slack. It minimizes friction and wear to extend rope service life, and most models link to hook travel limit switches, eliminating safety hazards and protecting operators.

How to Replace the Rope Guide on an Electric Hoist

  • Remove all fixing screws on the rope guide.
  • Open the split-type rope guide, turn the limit block outward, then fit the rope guide onto the hoist drum.
  • Insert the wire rope end into the rope outlet of the guide, adjust the guide position, and arrange the rope neatly along the drum grooves.
  • Put the wire rope end into the drum fixing seat and secure it with a steel wedge.
  • Close the rope guide and tighten all fixing screws to ensure firm installation.
  • Test run the hoist, fine-tune the rope guide to ensure accurate triggering of upper and lower limit switches, with no slack and orderly winding of the wire rope.
