Product Overview & Key Parameters

KUANGSHAN CRANE successfully delivered 2 sets of LDC model 5 ton HD single girder overhead cranes to Greece, shipped by sea on CIF Piraeus Port terms. The equipment is mainly applied for aluminum and steel material handling, warehouse logistics and machinery workshop lifting operations.

Both two sets of LDC single girder overhead cranes adopt FEM 2M/A5 working duty, with a uniform lifting height of 7m. The two cranes have respective span of 14.107m and 14.126m, supporting 400V/50Hz/3PH power supply standard.

The crane is equipped with dual lifting speed 0.8/5 m/min, cross travel speed 5–20 m/min and long travel speed 2–20 m/min. It supports dual control modes of pendant control plus wireless remote control for flexible operation on site.

Complete supporting accessories are fully equipped, including 35m power supply busbar and 70m 30×50 rail track for each crane, realizing one-stop delivery without additional matching.

The cooperative customer is a well-known aluminum and steel trading company located in Amaliada, Greece. The enterprise was in urgent need of standard overhead lifting equipment for daily handling of aluminum profiles, steel sections and mechanical accessories in warehouse and production workshop.
