Precautions for the Use of Portable Cantilever Cranes

Before lifting, ensure the load does not exceed the crane’s rated lifting capacity.
Do not operate the crane if anyone is under the rotating arm or within its swing radius.
During operation, place the crane on flat, firm ground without significant inclination to prevent tipping.
When moving with a load, keep the load directly in front of the crane, close to the ground, and not exceeding two-thirds of the allowable lifting capacity.
Lock the position with the lead screw locking device after moving to the fixed location to avoid displacement.
Move the cantilever slowly; emergency braking is prohibited. Check the boom’s deflection when approaching full load.
