In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of cranes, Henan Kuangshan Crane company has introduced some advanced intelligent equipment. At present, the company has installed an intelligent equipment management platform, and has installed more than 600 handling and welding robots (sets), with an equipment networking rate of 95%. More than 100 welding lines have been put into use, and the automation rate of the entire product line has reached 85%.
Intelligent equipment can realize the precise processing and assembly of the main beam and some accessories of the crane through robots and automated production lines, improving production efficiency and quality. For example, industrial robots can complete tasks such as welding, spraying, and assembly, reducing the need for manual operation.
At the same time, using machine vision systems and sensors, intelligent equipment can perform high-precision quality inspections on crane equipment. These systems can automatically identify defects, ensure that each component produced meets quality standards, and improve the performance of crane equipment. Finally, we use these devices for data sharing and real-time monitoring, production planning and resource allocation can be more efficient and accurate, ensuring the production efficiency of our products and shortening the production cycle.
