Lifting Electromagnet for Steel Scraps Series MW

This series is used for sucking and lifting cast iron ingot, steel ball, pig iron block, machine added chips; all kinds of miscellaneous iron in foundry, blast furnace material, cutting head; baling scrap steel and so on. In the slag treatment process, it is used to remove large iron pieces in the first stage, in addition, it is used to lift iron powder in the coal washing plant and so on. Double-chamber type outlet box, ad hoc extra-thick outlet box protection plate, lead cable anti-twist setting. Its excitation mode can be: rated voltage DC220v mode; strong excitation mode; overexcitation mode.

Aiming at the large-capacity steelmaking furnaces in iron and steel mills and the need for frequent loading and unloading of various light and miscellaneous wastes, the technicians have developed a large-scale strong magnetic electromagnet through innovation, whose suction force is higher than that of the ordinary type by about 30% or more. This series is used for efficient loading and unloading of scrap steel in narrow trunk-like containers. Tailor-made according to the shape of the trunk, for lifting scrap steel, the electromagnet is generally designed as a semicircular structure at both ends, so it is also known as oval electromagnet. Due to the different size of the hopper of each steel enterprise, the specification is increasing, the following list of models is for reference only. Special size can be customized.
