Challenge:

There is no strong pillars to support the crane in his workshop
The clear height of workshop is limited but the lifting height of crane client request is too much
The crane has to work over one of his machines to lift and transport the material

Approach:

We worked closely with the customer to learn their specific needs, workflow and expectations, which resulted in the following:

We provide and build the pillars near the machine to support the crane
We adopt the concave type trolley as the lifting system, reduce the total height of crane and guarantee the lifting height
The lifting and traveling speed of crane is frequency control, which make the crane running more smooth and soft to sure the safety of machine and handling material

Result:

We provided our customer with a state of the art lifting system solution that maximized their workflow and productivity and was installed on-time and within budget.

One set of 25 ton double girder overhead crane was installed in Nigeria dated on 25th, Jul.2015 for one of our clients, who mainly produce the plastic chairs.
