Project Brief

Our company has recently achieved another significant business milestone in the Ethiopian market. A long-term, trusted Ethiopian client referred a new customer to us, and we are pleased to announce that this new client has successfully purchased an HD Type Single Girder 5-ton Overhead Crane from our company.

During the process, a particular concern arose. Given the crane’s impressive 27-meter span, the new customer was understandably worried about the logistics of transporting such a long main girder. Transporting such large components over long distances can present significant challenges.

To address this concern, our experienced engineering team devised an innovative solution. We decided to divide the main girder into three sections, each measuring 11.8 meters in length. Once the sections arrived at the installation site, our professional technicians used high-strength bolts and flange plates to precisely connect the sections at the cut points.

It’s important to highlight that this connection method ensures exceptionally high strength at the joining points. Extensive testing and engineering analyses were carried out to guarantee the quality of these connections. As a result, the integrity and performance of the crane remain uncompromised, and the customer can rest assured that there will be no issues with the connection quality.

We are now working closely with the new Ethiopian client to ensure the smooth installation and commissioning of the crane. We believe this successful cooperation will further strengthen our presence in the Ethiopian market and lay a solid foundation for future business partnerships.
