Recently our factory is responsible to design and manufacture two sets of semi gantry crane for one client from Myanmar, who specialize in the glass products. He want to add two cranes to lift and transport his glass products in the stocking area.

His main worry is how to avoid the fragile glass product from breaking and how to guarantee the crane won't rush out of the rail. According to client's requirement and workshop' actual situation, we provide the solution as below.

Because the working area of crane is not too much and no pillars in the designated area, the semi gantry crane is better than the standard gantry crane and overhead crane, saving the production cost of crane and the cost of building pillars
We adopt the dual lifting speed and variable frequency speed for traveling of hoist and crane to make the crane start & stop and run more softly and smoothly, preventing from oscillation and impact force because of the fast speed.
We build the end stopper at the end of rail and add the traveling limited switch to guarantee the crane work in the designated area. Besides, the crane also equipped with the lifting limit switch and overload switch with indicator (you can see the weight you are lifting in real time).
Because the existing pillar without supporting bracket, we design the support bracket and connect it to the pillars by the bolts to support the runway beam and crane

Solved Problem:

avoid the fragile glass product from breaking
guarantee the crane won't rush out of the rail
the existing pillar without supporting bracket, which can not bear the crane
