The stacker crane adopts a box-type girder structure. The single-mast lifting height ranges from 5–30 m. The maximum load capacity is 2T for single-deep storage and 1T for double-deep storage. Anti-sway control is standard across all models, enabling intelligent automatic location searching.

Intelligent Warehouse Stacker Crane Workflow Cases

Inbound Process: A forklift places materials at the designated inbound point. The intelligent stacker crane receives the system command, travels quickly to the inbound point, uses the lifting fork to pick up the material accurately, rotates the trolley's slewing mechanism to align the fork with the material orientation, and—based on warehouse system planning—stores the material in the appropriate empty rack position. The system also records the outbound code for fast retrieval.

Outbound Process: Based on the outbound code, the system assigns the intelligent stacker crane to the rack where the material is stored. The crane travels to the corresponding row and column, accurately picks up the material, and removes it from the rack. The trolley then rotates under the slewing gear to safely adjust the material orientation, transports it through the safety channel, and places it at the fixed outbound point, where a forklift completes the transfer.
