Our lifting hooks are forged from high-strength, high-toughness special alloy steel, undergo heat treatment, and are surface-coated with sprayed plastic. Each piece is subjected to a tensile test at 2.5 times the working load, with the breaking tensile strength being four times the working load. All products undergo magnetic particle inspection.

Its advantage is that if one of the steel plates develops a crack, it will not affect the overall performance of the laminated hook, thus providing higher safety. The laminated hook is more suitable for large-capacity lifting equipment and industries involving high-temperature molten materials.
