60 T Crane hook block delivered to Vetnam

Last week i was busy delivering the 60T crane hook to our client, who are a famous manufacturer of lifting appliance in Vietnam. He has an order of lifting appliance including two parts - lifting beam and crane hook block, and they are capable to do the lifting beam, but the crane hook block is out of his business range.
Their main problem is the limited budget for the crane, urgent delivery time and tension test. According to the drawing and discussion, we recommend to replace the material S54C-N by the DG20Mn. The S54C is the Japanese standard material, which is less used for hook in China, so the production cost shall be higher. However the cost of DG20Mn is Chinese Standard material and cheaper, moreover it is the superior material for the P class crane hook. When arrange production, we give priority to produce this order under the case of other order can be delivered on time. Before contact us, the client actually had contacted couple factories. Because they don't have the capability to perform the test, client give up the further communication with them. We not only can do the test, also we mark the client's name on the hook and take pictures & video to let client rest assured of that.
Finally we delivered the goods under on time, which help client avoid from the penalty because of the delay of delivery. Of course, our quality of crane hook and service also get commended by client.
